Wintrees

"Wintrees" is an album I created in memory of Abbas Kiarostami, and I aimed to capture his perspective while researching for my dissertation on minimalism and photography. All of the photos in the album were taken in one day at Kolakchal Mountain in the Alborz range of Tehran, Iran. The album focuses on the winter trees, and I tried to emphasize their minimalistic beauty using Kiarostami's techniques.
